The Circle of Care
The Circle of Care is a business model that IIB implemented to provide our clients a comprehensive and systematic approach to risk management and protection of their business. Irrespective of which Team is providing service to their account, clients can be confident of receiving the same high level of introspection and delivery on a timely basis. Led by the IIB Client Executive together with Brokers from the various disciplines every client can expect the high-value deliverables we provide in the same predictable time frame each year. Every team member has a role to play and predetermined intervals throughout the year.
Three Tailored Service Methods
Rather than a “one size fits all” model we offer our clients three distinct ways to avail themselves of our services:
Brokerage
We offer the traditional insurance brokerage approach for those clients who wish full service and “life of policy” service.
Consultative
We offer a full range of risk management services including analysis, program design, placement and claims assistance on a fee basis.
Transactional
We will place coverage according to the terms and conditions specified by the client. This approach is reserved for very sophisticated clients who only require placement and billing services. Clients will be charged a negotiated commission.
